We want you to feel confident when ordering from us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

When sending your return, please inform us and provide the tracking number. This allows us to monitor the shipment and ensure it is successfully received.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept returns sent via cash on delivery (COD).


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or technical reasons, including:

  • Racing swimsuits
  • Electronics
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (such as earplugs, snorkels, or similar items)

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing.


European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Returned items must meet the conditions listed above: unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
